2. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges will be applied as specified during the checkout process.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.
- Custom Orders: For bespoke arrangements, events, and wedding floristry, a detailed quote will be provided, and specific payment terms will be agreed upon in a separate contract.
3. Delivery
Galleon Florals offers nationwide delivery.
- Delivery Times: We endeavor to deliver within the specified timeframe, but these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Recipient Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for non-delivery or late delivery resulting from incorrect details.
- Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our premises, and re-delivery charges may apply.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Daily Bouquets & Plants: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge.
- Bespoke Arrangements & Events: Cancellation policies for these services will be outlined in the individual contract.
- Workshops: Refunds for workshop bookings are typically available if cancelled with sufficient notice, as specified at the time of booking.
- Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
5. Substitutions
Due to the seasonal nature and availability of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute certain flowers or foliage with alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and colour scheme of your chosen arrangement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and floral designs, is the property of Galleon Florals or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Galleon Florals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
